Brasília Dia do Evangélico, 30 Nov 2026: a short break for two
The Federal District's 2026 calendar, published on 31 December 2025, lists Monday 30 November 2026 as Dia do Evangélico, a local holiday under Law 963 of 4 December 1995. That calendar applies to the District's direct, autarchic and foundation administration; essential services continue, public schools follow a separate calendar, and it is not a guaranteed day off for every private workplace. The three-day example, 28–30 November, only works if your Saturday and Sunday are also free. Taking part in any religious observance is not required to use the day.
