Report a wrong or odd estimate
Tell us the page you were on, the destinations involved, and the inputs you used — departure city, month, trip length, group size and travel style — plus what looked wrong and what you expected. If an AI assistant produced the answer, the two destinations or the trip inputs it used are enough. We review reports and correct the underlying data when a correction is warranted.
Common problems
The estimate looks too high or too low
Check the departure city, the travel month and the travel style first — those three move the number most, and flights can be included or excluded. Figures are estimates from our model, not live fares, so a specific cheap flight you found will not appear in them. Trip cost calculator
The page is in the wrong language
Every Arabic page lives under an /ar address and the language switch keeps you on the same page. If a link drops you into the other language, send us the address you clicked.
Saved searches or answers disappeared
Saved searches, recent destinations and questionnaire answers live in your own browser, not on our server. A different browser or device, a private window, or clearing browser data will not show them.
To save: run a search or a comparison, then choose “Save search” on the results. To come back: open Saved & recent and choose “Open”; “Check again” recalculates the same search with today's model, and “Change my answers” reopens the questionnaire with your answers already in it. This browser keeps up to five saved searches — a sixth replaces the oldest. Sharing sends a link only: it does not tell you whether anyone opened it or agreed with it, and nobody here can recover state saved on your device.
A Group Trip Decision Room will not open
Room access expires 30 days after the room is created, and the credentials that let you return are stored in the browser you used. Open the invitation link in that same browser, or ask the organizer for a fresh room.
