Tet 2027 from Hanoi: seven-day family city and culture trips
Ministry of Home Affairs Notice 11483/TB-BNV of 9 October 2026 sets the Tet 2027 holiday from 4 to 10 February 2027 inclusive for listed state administrative, public-service, political and socio-political employees with a Saturday–Sunday weekend. It is a national work holiday, not a Hanoi calendar and not a verified school holiday. What to weigh
- Other employers choose five statutory days (one before and four after Tet, two and three, or three and two) and must notify staff 30 days ahead; weekly compensation arrangements vary. Confirm your own days off.
- These are not school dates; check your children's school separately.
