Medellín public schools' December recess (calendar A): family trips
Medellín's signed Resolution 202550084818 of 20 October 2025 sets general calendar A for 2026. Article 5 gives students a recess from 7 to 27 December 2026; teachers' holidays (14–27 December) are different. It covers official (state) and contracted-coverage schools on calendar A, not private schools, calendar B or universities. Article 6 gives adult cycles CLEI V and VI an extra week on 7–13 December, so this page does not assume adult-cycle dates. The 2027 return is not verified here. The seven-day example, 7–13 December, is part of the student recess.

- Adults' days off depend on the employer; this page says nothing about work leave.
