Holiday breaks
Christmas break: a short trip from Lagos
A listed 2026 national calendar shows Christmas on Friday 25 December and Boxing Day on Saturday 26 December. The listing says it is subject to official changes, so reconfirm the final government notice and your employer. No Monday substitute is assumed. Friday to Sunday, 25–27 December, is a three-day option only if your weekend is free. Lagos is the example departure; other cities are in the tool.

What to weigh
- Three days is short. The tool compares cost only; it does not check whether a destination is near, direct or a short flight. Check the travel time yourself before using a short break.
- Reconfirm the final government notice and your employer's schedule.
- The budget is an editable illustration in local currency, not a typical or recommended amount.
Questions
