Bodrum — town and nearby coast trip cost: three hotels for two, January 2027

Bodrum combines a harbour town and historic sights with a much wider peninsula resort market. For this short visit, keep the hotel in town or along its nearby coast. A distant beach resort may be attractive, but it changes the transfer costs and the feel of each day. These examples price a January week, with every hotel, meal, allowance and the tax reserve itemised.

Scope, dates and party

These are dated ground-cost illustrations for two adults sharing one room, six nights over seven days, 19–25 January 2027. They cover Bodrum town and Bardakçı Bay. Peninsula resorts, boat trips and a summer beach package are excluded. Hotel prices are public room-table observations from 2 October 2026, not checkout quotes. Flights, visas and insurance are excluded. They are not bookable, not quotes, and not year-round ranges or calculator defaults.

What is specific to this budget

Three named hotels, each with two baskets. Each example is headed by its hotel's name; baskets A and B keep that hotel and change only the dinner. The hotels are listed by observed room price, which says nothing about quality, and the order does not rank full trip totals.
Every total shows, right beside it, a provisional hotel-tax reserve and the subtotal before it. The tax is mandatory, not optional, but the reserve is calculated from the listed rate — not an observed checkout total or a guaranteed maximum. Lunch and dinner use the municipal Trafo restaurant near the castle, whose QR menu was checked live. Compulsory restaurant service, table and cover charges are prohibited in Türkiye.
La Quinta's priced room has a garden view, not a sea view. Winter pool, beach and boat services, and seasonal businesses, need reconfirming.

Planning the days

Stay in town for the castle, marina and year-round restaurants, or in Bardakçı Bay for a quieter base a walk away. In January many seasonal businesses, pools and boats close — check before you go.

Season

May, June and September are useful starting points for a coast-and-town stay. Winter is a different product: some facilities may not operate and beach weather is not assured. The January sample must not become a summer price default.
