What this estimate covers
Qualified ground-planning allowances for two adults sharing one standard package, six nights and seven planning days. The April13–19,2027 research example uses the package observed on October4,2026; current availability and actual flight fit are unconfirmed. All three bands apply different explicit spending headroom to the same package, not upgraded rooms or sampled budget/luxury products. The package includes34 individual meal portions, scheduled guide/vehicle, airports, included entrances and SDF/government charges, counted once. Eight residual portions, eight optional drinks, editable28L water and two assumed additional guide/vehicle service days are modeled from separate source references. The meal anchor includes117.10BTN conditional GST; the guide/vehicle reference is indexed primary-publisher text with date, party, hours and exact service unbound. USD80 pair visa administration is separate and outside these ground bands. Mandatory supplier insurance, unknown additional tax/service/necessary fees, special procurement/handling, airfare and optional extras remain excluded or unpriced. Final hotel allocation, licensed-guide applicability, extra-meal access/timing and water procurement are not confirmed. Payable total remains unknown. USD conversion uses the October3,2026 midmarket reference; it is not an April2027 forecast or consumer exchange offer.
Reference comparison: 2027-04-13 – 2027-04-19, 2 adults, 6 nights / 7 days. Payable total unknown.
Retained authorized research example. Package observed October4,2026 for selectedApril13 departure; end date follows the published seven-day itinerary. No current inventory or flight fit is asserted.
All qualifications and limits
- Allow at least 7 calendar days; 7–9 is the editorial ideal range. The retained programme includes five touring days plus separate arrival and departure days. Extra slower days are not priced.
- This is a guided western Bhutan circuit. The tourism FAQ observed on 4 October 2026 says a guide is mandatory at all times and only approved lodging may be used. The package includes scheduled sightseeing guidance; free-time and extra food/water outing coverage remain unconfirmed.
- The package is a six-night reference for two adults sharing one twin/double room. Named hotels are examples or similar, with no final allocation or bed assignment. The relevant Thimphu Bhutan Home and Paro Taktshang Paradise entries were found in the tourism registry; a Lobesa name-query no-match leaves its approval unverified and does not prove nonregistration.
- Tiger’s Nest is a substantial day hike, listed by the tourism authority at about 5–6 hours, with steep paths and steps in the supplier itinerary. Mountain passes, road conditions, site opening and walking pace need practical checking for actual use. No personal fitness, medical or accessibility assurance is implied.
- The selected supplier programme has a minimum age of 15. Family fit is limited to suitable older teenagers/adults; younger-child arrangements and larger-party rooms are unassessed. Solo and other party scores do not reuse half the two-adult price.
- 13–19 April 2027 is a retained research comparison for two adults and one room, not a personal booking or live availability claim. Additional meals/water access, off-schedule guiding and supplier-required insurance remain qualified. No complete payable total or all-inclusive claim follows from this display.
- Evidence was observed on 19–20 September and 4 October 2026; the general four-season editorial is dated July 2023. These are source-dated research facts and editorial preferences, not a 2027 forecast, booking assurance, legal eligibility decision or dietary certification.
- Haa, Gangtey/Phobjikha, Bumthang, eastern Bhutan, multi-day trekking, rafting and golf are outside this route.
- Unpriced necessary addition: Mandatory traveler-specific supplier insurance premium
- Unpriced necessary addition: Unknown additional supplier service/tax and necessary charges beyond explicit conditional amounts
- Unpriced necessary addition: Exact licensed-guide/date/party/hour applicability and flight-fit-driven adjustments
- Unpriced necessary addition: Special water procurement/delivery/handling/storage charges not covered by the assumed service
- Unpriced necessary addition: International airfare, personal tips and optional unselected activities/upgrades
- Unpriced necessary addition: USD80 pair visa administration is known but separately stated outside ground bands
Planning-model notes (room, food, ground)
- These are supplier examples or similar hotels, with two nights in each base. They do not establish final property or room allocation. Higher allowance bands keep the same standard; no upgraded room, luxury property or independent hotel market sample is claimed.
- Disclose allocation limits alongside the qualified planning input. Do not create a universal exact-room, private-bath proof or registry-allocation gate for current original52-equivalent launch review. Historical deeper hold remains unchanged.
- The supplier retains the right to reprice unsold tours and describes possible exchange, transport, local-operator, tax and government-driven surcharges. That supports explicit planning contingency, but does not prove a particular future change. The 0–5%, 5–15% and 15–25% bands are transparent editorial choices, not percentages quoted by the supplier, confidence intervals or market-wide budget/midrange/luxury tiers.
- For each ground planning band, add one matching package allowance plus independently stated residual meals/water and extra-access components. Disclose USD80 per pair for entry administration once separately outside the ground bands. Do not also add the original AUD8,260 or another general contingency for these same package risks. Insurance stays unpriced and excluded.
- 34 means 17 individual meals per adult × 2 adults, not 34 shared meals for two. Against an editorial three-meals-per-person-per-day frame, 42 portions minus 34 included leaves eight residual portions.
- Included items have no separately priced value here. Exclude them from additional charges; do not assign a fictional standalone room or transport price, or call them free. Package contingencies are added once only.
- 34 means 34 individual meal portions across the pair, not 34 meals for two. The package retains all its included lodging, meals, guiding, touring, airport transfers, included entrances, SDF and government charges. No included water entitlement has been proved; no credit is deducted.
- BTN4,421 is the retained known basket including BTN99 Pelbu GST. BTN4,322 is historical pre-addition arithmetic only and must not replace it. BTN117.10 is a separate conditional allowance for adding 5% to Star including service and to retail water; it is not verified supplier GST or an invoice. Do not apply another 5% to the whole basket or to included package costs.
- These are location-specific spending allocations, not a timed restaurant or procurement itinerary. Extra meal outings, retail collection or delivery may need licensed guide and vehicle provision; the ground component owns those amounts exactly once. Neither package touring nor meal headroom proves free off-schedule access. Necessary unknowns remain null, not zero.
- Ground owner has confirmed it will model one residual guide/vehicle comparator once across all three bands. Actual hours, party/date applicability, supplier tax and special delivery/handling remain qualified there. This acknowledgement does not make those services a confirmed quote.
- 28 L is an editable costing quantity, not a medical hydration requirement or compulsory universal standard. BTN20/L is a saved Thimphu retail reference, not a hotel, Paro, airport or delivered tariff. Actual supply method, stock and delivery remain unpriced; no free refill or package-water credit is assumed. A menu bottle without a stated volume is excluded from per-litre arithmetic.
- Carry USD160–200 unchanged into every spending tier for the same two-day residual service. No fabricated luxury surcharge or tier-specific guide rate.
- Residual breakfast/lunch access at Pelbu, Olakha, plus planned water procurement from the ShopOnline Thimphu reference.
- Residual lunch/dinner access using the Star Residency town-specific meal proxy.
- Two full-day tariff units are a conservative costing convention for off-schedule service on two dates, not two new tour days, extra nights or repeat airport transfers. No hourly proration is inferred. The assumption is that one shared service can cover each day’s residual food/procurement needs within an agreed schedule. This is not confirmation that the source sells those exact services or that all four meals fit actual flights.
- Apply only to off-schedule services whose coverage is not evidenced in the selected package. If later evidence shows the package already covers a residual service, remove or revise that allowance instead of charging twice. The allowance is not an asserted unavoidable surcharge.
- Indexed primary price only; date, party, licensed guide, daily hours, hotel allocation, exact access and availability remain unconfirmed. Arrival/departure timing may place these comparison meals outside time in Bhutan. No delivery-zone or28L handling/storage guarantee.
- 5% is a conditional sensitivity, not a confirmed invoice or blanket addition to the package. Do not apply it again if the actual service price includes GST. Supplier registration, taxable components and other charges remain unconfirmed.
- Saved official sources support advance visa required for the Saudi ordinary-passport branch, inferred from the all-visitors rule and named exemptions. Passport validity is at least six months after intended departure. Admission remains subject to immigration assessment.
- USD80/pair is the supplier’s separate visa administration line, normally outside ground bands. The package separately says government visa fee/travel permit are included. Do not add another USD80 government application fee. If a downstream aggregate includes administration, label that scope and add it exactly once.
- The source-period current official FAQ says a guide is mandatory at all times. This informs the planning allowance; it is not legal clearance for April2027, guide-free café access or proof that a particular guide is approved.
- Mandatory supplier requirement, premium unpriced and traveler-dependent. Keep visible beside any comparison subtotal; absence of a government mandate does not waive this contract condition.
