What this estimate covers

Historical/source-period local-planning comparison for two adults sharing one room, six Pohnpei/Kolonia-area nights and seven days, February 9–15, 2027. The dates were retained from the October 6 partial and chosen before prices. These figures are qualified component references, with necessary unpriced additions, not current 2027 quotes or a full payable trip cost. Scope is the Kolonia base and Nan Madol; no other FSM state, outer atoll, surfing or waterfall programme is selected. A June 26, 2025 WCPFC participant table lists tax-inclusive Double room references of USD 94.50 for 7 Star Inn and USD 120 for Island Palms. Per-room/night normalization and two-adult sharing are disclosed interpretations of that table, supported by the matching Cliff nightly convention, not confirmed occupancy or 2027 inventory. Six-night room allowances are USD 708.75–850.50, 900–1,080 and 1,080–1,332, with one 25–50%, 25–50% and 50–85% editorial margin respectively. Higher spending retains the same Island Palms Double Standard/Deluxe category; no luxury property, upgrade or extra activity is promised. Published airport pickup/drop-off inclusion at the selected hotels supplies a conditional zero increment only if arranged and applicable; no separate transfer charge is duplicated. Actual notice, flight timing, party capacity and future fees are unknown. Cliff’s separate airport-price conflict and one-night security deposit remain unselected historical evidence. Food uses the saved Ninsei menu dated November 2015 and created/modified in February 2016. Continued website linkage does not refresh its age. The food-only USD 283.50–392, 392–532 and 532–707 ranges compare different 42-portion historical baskets, with zero hotel or tour meal credits. The join explicitly adds 14 historical coffees at USD 3.25 (USD 45.50) and 42 historical water bottles at USD 1.50 (USD 63), once per party trip. Bottle volume and adequate daily water cost are unknown. No inflation factor or new menu quote is invented. Weekend service conflicts and current alternatives remain unresolved; these are menu-equivalent price proxies, not 42 promised restaurant openings or repeated committed visits. Actual food procurement, restaurant travel, taxes/service and 2027 costs remain unknown. The explicitly selected ground scenario is self-drive, conditional on an eligible licensed driver and suitable arrangements. One Sunset View sedan rental day at the published USD 50/day reference covers the modeled hotel or collection point → Nihkawad → return road leg. The JADESA guided Nan Madol boat product is USD 35 per visitor with a USD 50 trip minimum, so two adults cost USD 70; its 45–60-minute trip returns to Nihkawad and is tide-dependent. It does not itself return to the hotel. Known car-plus-boat subtotal is USD 120–150, with one USD 30 upper margin. This is not a chauffeur quote or complete road-service invoice. Exact rental collection/drop-off, driver eligibility, road/access conditions, fuel, insurance, deposit, additional site/landowner fees and any extra rental day remain unpriced necessary or conditional additions. No mileage or fuel amount has been fabricated, and headroom is not represented as covering them. No actual future landowner authorization, boat availability or personal suitability is certified. All monetary inputs are native USD, with identity conversion only. Sum selected components, divide by 14 person-days and round final endpoints outward to USD 5; no component margin is added twice. A bound current payable total remains null. The retained embassy guidance describes no entry permit for visits of 30 days or less and passport validity of 120 days beyond entry, with onward/arrival-departure documentation; this is qualified short-visit context, not individual clearance. International airlines/gateways are unselected, and possible Guam/Honolulu routing requires its own US-document check. The secondary USD 25 departure-fee lead was not adopted: official discovery did not establish an operative passenger tariff, so actual departure charges remain null rather than zero. International airfare, actual entry/health costs and the unpriced local additions remain excluded or unresolved. January–March means relatively less rain in retained Pohnpei evidence, not dry weather or assured tide/access. Main owns identity reconciliation, implementation and release.

Reference comparison: 2027-02-09 – 2027-02-15, 2 adults, 6 nights / 7 days. Payable total unknown.

All qualifications and limits
  • Pohnpei/Kolonia base with an explicitly selected one-day self-drive sedan comparator linking the hotel/rental collection, Nihkawad and return, plus the named guided Nan Madol boat visit from and back to Nihkawad. No Yap, Chuuk, Kosrae, outer atolls, surfing, waterfall extension or wider island circuit.
  • Room references are from2025; menu food, coffee and unspecified-size bottled-water units are dated2015/2016. The sedan-day and guided-boat amounts are conditional planning inputs with fuel, collection, insurance/deposit/extras, possible site/access and airport-departure fees unresolved. Historical meals are a price comparator, not a promise of current prices, current sufficient water procurement or all-week venue operation.
  • Unpriced necessary addition: Actual2027 hotel occupancy/nightly applicability, terms, taxes and airport pickup/dropoff arrangements
  • Unpriced necessary addition: Current meal prices and alternatives, service windows, food/restaurant transfers, tax/service and sufficient water volume
  • Unpriced necessary addition: Eligible licensed driver, exact car collection/dropoff, fuel, insurance, deposits, extra days and route conditions
  • Unpriced necessary addition: NanMadol additional access/landowner/site fees, tide/operation and personal suitability

  • Unpriced necessary addition: Actual personal entry/health/transit documents and charges, international airfare
  • Unpriced necessary addition: OtherFSMstates, outer atolls, surfing and waterfall extensions
Planning-model notes (room, food, ground)
  • Micronesia — Pohnpei
  • Six Pohnpei/Kolonia-base nights supporting the original Nan Madol visit. No other FSM state, outer island, surf, waterfall or luxury extension.
  • The retained conference circular is dated 26 June 2025 and concerns a September 2025 meeting. Recovery in October 2026 does not refresh these tariffs. Neither room availability nor any February 2027 terms are promised. The table says Room Rates, not explicitly per night; normalization to one room per night and use of its Double category for two adults are disclosed planning interpretations.

Neither room availability nor any February 2027 terms are promised. The table says Room Rates, not explicitly per night; normalization to one room per night and use of its Double category for two adults are disclosed planning interpretations.
  • Source-period planning envelope, not a live offer, inflation forecast or guaranteed ceiling. Premium is extra spending room in the same Island Palms Double Standard/Deluxe category; no luxury property, room upgrade, extra meal or additional activity is implied.

  • Source-period planning envelope, not a live offer, inflation forecast or guaranteed ceiling. Premium is extra spending room in the same Island Palms Double Standard/Deluxe category; no luxury property, room upgrade, extra meal or additional activity is implied.
  • A restaurant on site is not a meal-inclusion statement. No breakfast or other meal is documented as bundled, so no paid meal portions are deducted. This does not claim meals are definitely excluded from every future tariff.
  • The exact selected rows say free airport pickup and drop-off. Treat the two airport legs as conditionally bundled hotel service, subject to arrangement and operation for the party; do not add a separate transfer fare or subtract a cash credit. No 2027 operating guarantee, private vehicle, passenger allowance, luggage limit or exact notice period is evidenced. An alternative transfer has no adopted quote here.
  • Tax inclusion is established for the 2025 published table only. Unlisted compulsory charges and final February 2027 hotel terms remain unknown, not zero; the headroom is an editorial budget reserve.
  • Identical lodging quantities in both versions. Lead owns whole-model joins and conversion.
  • Conditional source-period room envelopes; final inventory, explicit two-adult tariff applicability, nightly-unit confirmation and final mandatory charges remain unknown. These are limitations, not a requirement to shop for live 2027 inventory.
  • The retained FSM Embassy guidance says no entry permit is required for visits of 30 days or less. Its linked form requires a passport valid at least 120 days beyond entry and an arrival/departure record; the 2025 WCPFC circular also mentions an onward ticket. Apply this only as qualified short-visit context, including the ordinary Saudi-tourism research frame. It does not certify any individual’s admissibility.
  • Guam or Honolulu travel would require a separate check of the traveler’s applicable US entry/transit documents. These are possible connections in a historical circular, not a selected route or a blanket US-visa conclusion.
  • Actual departure fees, entry charges if applicable, additional hotel or meal charges, and separate local site/access fees remain unknown unless their owning component establishes an amount. Editorial headroom does not prove coverage.
  • Two usable local days allow the core heritage outing plus a separate base/coordination day; three to four allow a slower pace and weather/tide flexibility within the same scope. One combined arrival/departure calendar day is an explicit planning allowance, not an airline timetable. The retained seven-day/six-night price example is separate.
  • The chosen road branch is self-drive, not a chauffeur quotation. The saved one-day sedan rate is a conditional price comparator; a licensed eligible driver, rental collection/delivery, actual route and vehicle suitability, fuel, insurance, deposit, taxes and other compulsory extras remain qualified or unknown. A rental day does not prove complete road consumption.
  • The local guided boat begins and ends at Nihkawad. That boat return is not the return to Kolonia. Tide, rain, operator availability and local access instructions still apply; actual future landowner authorization or booking is not a research prerequisite.
  • Room owns the saved 2025 free pickup/drop-off inclusion for the selected hotels. Both airport legs have zero incremental cost only if that included service operates and is arranged; an unavailable service has an unpriced fallback. Airport departure fees are separate and unknown.
